## Our Services
### Tier 1 — Interview Prep & Mentorship
40 hours of direct support including DDCS qualification interview preparation, mock interview sessions, DDA Core Competency exam support, application process guidance, understanding ISS and Non-ISS funds, and business entity setup guidance.

### Tier 2 — Agency Launch & Setup
Full agency setup including DSHS certification application, Policies & Procedures manual development, Medicaid enrollment and ProviderOne setup, insurance and compliance checklist, DSP hiring and training framework, and first client onboarding preparation.

### Tier 3 — First Client & 12-Month Retention
Ongoing support through first client placement, ISP implementation and documentation review, billing audits and ProviderOne troubleshooting, compliance monitoring, DDA audit preparation, staff supervision systems, and 12-month strategic check-ins.

## Training Sessions (Half-Day, Virtual or In Person)
- Session 1: Getting Certified — WAC 388-101, DSHS certification, DDCS interview prep, BCCU background checks, DDA Core Competencies, Medicaid enrollment
- Session 2: Starting Your Agency — Business entity setup, Policies & Procedures, DSP hiring, insurance, first client onboarding, ProviderOne billing (T2016, T2017)
